The app

If your app stops responding, closes unexpectedly or won’t open, try this.

  1. Close and reopen the app. If you need to, force the app to close, then open the app to see if it works. 
  2. Restart your device, then open the app to see if it works.
  3. Check for updates. If updates for the app are not available, check for an update for your device. Update the app and/or device, then see if it works.
  4. Delete the app, then redownload it and see if it works. You could potentially lose data on the app, but, as a subscriber, there is less chance of losing data.
  5. Check your internet/wireless connection and make sure you have a strong connection.
  6. Keep your phone open and unlocked while listening.

Yes. We will be offering online group hypnotherapy sessions free to subscribers, as well as other classes.

Yes. As a subscriber, you will receive a new session bi-weekly.

No. As a subscriber, your sessions are always available to you.

No. Hypnotherapy is powerful, and the subconscious and conscious need time to process what occurred in your session. There is no rush. Take your time through the sessions, and do not listen to more than one a day. Allow at least a few days in between each new session. You can however listen to the same session everyday.

The purpose of HappiSeek is to get you in touch with your own Internal Advisor or Higher Self. That part of you will guide you on your journey, advising you through your own intuition, when you should move onto the next session.

An easy rule of thumb is that if you don’t remember anything from your session, you should listen until you have some conscious mind recall.

Feel free to listen anytime you choose, except driving, operating equipment, or when you are not able to close your eyes and relax. As you journey through the sessions, it’s helpful to set a regular schedule, like listening after work or first thing in the morning.

For the highest quality listening experience, headphones are suggested, but not required. You may want to use headphones for privacy, as well.

Due to the nature of hypnosis, you must be at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and mentally healthy to use this app.

Hypnosis has been used for over the centuries to help people positively transform, and it’s quickly becoming the healing modality of the future, because it works. As more people learn that healing and enlightenment are in the mind, they are seeking hypnosis to achieve that goal.

Everyone thinks they won’t be any good at hypnosis because their mind races too much. It’s our job, not yours, to make sure you succeed at relaxing. All you have to do is simply give it a try.

No. This is the most widespread myth about hypnosis. It may appear as if subjects in stage hypnosis are being controlled, but in reality they are just very relaxed and uninhibited, often selected for their exhibitionist tendencies and suggestibility. Nobody can be hypnotized against his or her will. By downloading this app, you are showing the willingness needed to relax, enjoy the session, and participante in this process of your own healing.

Hypnosis is not sleep. When you sleep, your conscious mind sleeps. In hypnosis, your conscious mind is still functioning quietly in the background which is why 50%- 100% of those hypnotized hear and remember everything said to them during a session. The level of trance is dependent on the type of session. The HappiSeek sessions are interactive, so it’s best to do the session until you remember what occurred. You may need to choose a time of day when you are most awake, and sitting up will help.

Hypnosis is a peaceful state of stillness. The hypnotic state is pleasant; you feel mentally very calm and content, relaxed, focused and alert. It is a form of deep mental and physical relaxation. For therapeutic purposes, uncomfortable memories or feelings may come up to be processed and released.

The hypnotherapist guides people to undo and release the negative programming–the thoughts and feelings, the blocks, fears, guilt, anger, and anxieties–that are standing in the way of their super conscious mind. There is only one thing wrong with your life: you are being run by the wrong program. We are the walking wounded, holding onto pain and suffering not recognizing another way of living. There is another program to choose that leads to freedom and happiness.

The model of the mind consists of three levels: conscious, subconscious, and superconscious. The term “unconscious” is a blanket term for the subconscious and superconscious dimensions. Understanding your mind is the key to understanding yourself, so here’s a quick guide

  • CONSCIOUS: This is the part of your mind that is analytical, logical, judgmental, discerning, chattering, rational, critical, deduces, and reasons.
  • SUBCONSCIOUS: This is your personal unconscious because it holds your deeper beliefs, memories, and feelings. Known as the picture mind and the feeling mind, it is the seat of your memories and emotions, and the part of your mind that visualizes. The subconscious never sleeps, it is always alert, taking in suggestions.
  • SUPERCONSCIOUS: This is the part of your mind that is in touch with God, Truth, your higher self, however you define that spiritual apex. It is the part of you at peace, healed, wholly loving and wholly loveable. It is joyful, wise, and forgiving. It is enlightened.

Enlightened people are run by their superconscious mind. The superconscious is like the sun that’s always shining. All that is required to experience that warm light is to release the clouds that stand in the way.
